In most cases, your order is shipped directly from the iSmartec warehouse to you via Poslaju or any other reputable courier service. International shipping via DHL is available in all major Countries.
Same Day Shipping*
iSmartec aims to process your order immediately and expected the arrival of goods at your doorstep within 1-3 days (Within Peninsular Malaysia). However, we are unable to guarantee that all orders will be delivered within the stipulated time frame. In most cases we are able to ship the same day (Monday - Friday), provided the order is placed before 2.00pm (GMT +08.00).
Same day shipping doesn't apply to:
Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays, or holidays.
Orders for large props or Special Order items.
How are shipping and handling charges determined?
Shipping and handling rates are determined by the total weight / dimension of all of the merchandise ordered includes packing and bubble wrapping charges. iSmartec shall not be liable for next shipment charges due to wrong information provided by customer or customer (recipient not at the shipping address during the delivery attempt). If there is any unclaimed parcel / return parcel to iSmartec, and customer request to resend, customers should pay for the second/next postage charges.
iSmartec reserves the right to decide the cheapest and most effective courier company (Poslaju or Skynet) based on your location and the weight of your goods, if iSmartec pay for the postage. iSmartec shall not be liable for any losses, liabilities, costs, damages, charges or expenses arising out of late delivery.
In all domestic shipping options, Business Days are weekdays, Monday-Friday, excluding Saturday, Sunday and holidays.
Domestic shipment (Within Malaysia): Shipping may take 1-2 business days from the date of shipment.
International shipment: Transit times from Malaysia may take 2 - 5 business days, and can vary based on DHL tariff zones from the date of shipment.
All transit times specified by DHL are subject to Customs clearance.
Customs duties and taxes are not included in shipping charges as stated.
iSmartec ships to over 200 Countries via DHL Express Worldwide. Once you have entered your shipping information, shipping rates will be determined based on the estimated weight of your order including shipping materials, and your zip code.
Customs and Import Duties
Most countries are shipped on a DDU (Delivery Duty Unpaid) basis, which means product prices displayed are exclusive of all import duties. Your order will probably be charged customs fees (taxes, duties, processing fees, brokerage fees, etc.) when it arrives. Unfortunately, iSmartec has no control over these fees. If you are not familiar with the customs fees in your country, please check with your local customs office for more information. Also, because we are a retail store, we are NOT able to mark orders as 'Gifts' for customers to avoid paying these fees.
Shipment tracking number will be recorded on your order invoice after the order has been processed for shipping. Please log on to your account for the tracking shipment ID. To track your order, please use the tracking shipment ID listed in your purchase order. Usually for delivery within Malaysia, we will deliver via Poslaju.
Damaged & Missing Items
If you have received an item that has been damaged or have missing items from your order, contact us by phone at +6.03.5888.6150 or e-mail to firstname.lastname@example.org within three (3) business days of receipt. Keep all items, boxes, and packing material shipped to you for inspection. For damages, you will need to provide us a description and 3 photos of the damage to the item as well as the condition of any packaging via e-mail. In the event that an order contains damaged or defective items for which a customer does not wish a replacement, the customer will be responsible for returning the items according to the return policy. For missing items, please make sure you have removed all packing material from the shipping box to confirm that the item was not hidden from view. Sometimes small items are shipped inside other items to protect them during shipping. If your order required multiple boxes to ship, it may be helpful to check the tracking information to confirm that all packages have been delivered.
How to arrange for self-collect items?
iSmartec warehouse is located in Puchong, Selangor. Appointment with iSmartec must be made prior to collection. Any walk-in customer without an appointment will not be entertained.

We take every measure to ensure that the products we offer are in stock. However, from time-to-time, we may sell out the situation for a particular item. If the item(s) customer purchased is not in stock, we will try to post it again on the next day. However, if the item is still not in stock on the 3rd working day of the date of purchase, we will inform the customer and offer a replacement/refund subject to the customer agreement.
Standard Shipping Time Frame for Malaysia Deliveries:
For order in Cash Term Basis (Payment via Maybank2u, online transfer or cash bank-in), items will be delivered within 1 - 3 working days from the date of order received.
For Credit Card payment, PayPal will process the verification and we will process your order within 1 - 3 working days once it's verified by PayPal.
Not applicable to out-of-stock items.
