Dealer Account Registration
Thank you for your interest in joining iSmartec as an Authorized Dealer of our various product lines including Tempered Glass Protector, Chargers, Film Type Screen Protector, OTG Card Reader, MicroSD Memory Card, USB Cables, Headphones, Bluetooth Speakers, Power Bank Batteries, Cases of all shapes and styles and much more! The following Dealer Account policies have been carefully developed with two things in mind: A commitment to the quality of our products and a commitment to the quality service we provide to our Dealers. All Authorized Dealers are required to agree and adhere to the following Dealer Account policies in order to maintain active account status. Questions regarding any of the Dealer Account policies outlined below should be directed to our Sales Team by calling +6.03.5888.6150. The Dealer Account Registration form must be signed and returned with the necessary document(s) via e-mail in order to establish a Dealer Account.

In addition to returning this Dealer Account Registration form, prospective Dealers must:
Fully completed and sign the Dealer Account Registration form
Provide a copy of your Business Registration Certificate (Form 9 , 24 or SSM)

After registration, you need to e-mail us the required forms as stated above to firstname.lastname@example.org, however, it does take 1-2 business days for your account to be approved for access, you won't have Dealer access immediately. You should receive an e-mail or WhatsApp once your account is approved and you will be able to access to view Dealer discounted price on all of our products.
You may register MULTIPLE login accounts with the same Dealer account number, giving each employee his/her own login.

Pricing / Inventory
All items listed are stock items. Inventory changes daily and will be sold on a first come first served basis. Temporary reductions in stock will be back ordered on request only. Prices are subject to change without notice.
We offer various kinds of payment methods. For more details, please refer to "How to Pay?".
The dealer will pay all shipping and handling cost. Shipping charges are determined by weight and destination, and may vary accordingly. Shipping charges are included on all orders. The dealer shall inspect the products upon delivery and notify iSmartec immediately (within 48 hours) of any discrepancy in the order. If obvious damage to the shipping container is apparent on delivery, Dealer is responsible for notifying courier company and making a claim for damages with them. Drop Ship Policy
Sorry, we do not offer drop shipping at this time. Please subscribe to our newsletter for updates as we plan to offer drop shipping service in the near future.
Return and Exchange
All returns MUST be accompanied by a completed Manual Return Form. All items, other than those returned with warranty issues, must be returned in like new condition and proper working order with all original packaging material. Items returned to us without a Manual Return Form may not be credited. iSmartec is not responsible for merchandise lost or damaged in transit. Active Account Status
In order to maintain the strength of our Authorized Dealer base, the performance of all Dealer Accounts will be evaluated on a quarterly basis. Accounts which do not meet this requirement are subject to deactivation and Dealer discounted pricing will no longer apply.
